Privacy & inquiries

This website is operated by Portola Process Automation Inc., a Delaware corporation, under the Portola trade name.

When you submit a business inquiry, we save the contact details, company information, workflow description, timeline and any optional information you provide. Campaign parameters may be saved with the inquiry. We use this information to review and respond to your request.

Inquiries are stored privately and an internal email is sent to the Portola business mailbox through Microsoft 365. Submission does not create a customer account, start an engineering workflow or authorize paid work. We do not publish your submission.

Access is limited to authorized business operators and the services needed to store and deliver the inquiry. Technical request information is used to limit abusive submissions. Do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential production files through this contact form.

To ask about your inquiry, request a correction or request deletion, reply to the Portola representative who contacts you. Provide your saved inquiry reference so we can locate the record.
